Empowering Learning are looking for an ECT in KS1 to start with a Primary School we are supporting based in Leeds. This is a September start.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our friendly and supportive school community. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to helping children thrive both academically and personally.

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that encourage curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. You will create a positive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum
• Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Assess and monitor student progress effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
